It's an Outer Banks staple. The Dirty Harry was created by local guide, artist, and pro-caliber fly fisherman Harry Meraklis and has caught over 25 different species and is still counting! The Dirty Harry Xl is a bigger, bolder version of the original Dirty Harry. With medium barbell eyes, it has a good sink rate and is a user-friendly fly. If you have every inshore fished with a jig, you can fish it the same way. It has a nice presentation and is slow enough to give every fish a shot.
